Change, refund and other fees
The following rules are valid for all tickets for charter flights, operated by Penguin Travel, regardless if the tickets have been booked online, through one of our call centres or partner agencies and regardless of the tickets’ price at the moment of their purchasing.

*Any price difference in the ticket price must be payed by the customer besides the change fee. If ticket price is lower than the initial one no refund is possible. Any prepaid deposit is non-refundable and/or transferable.
**Price is per unit/animal. Is a part of the regular 20 kg. luggage quota. Regular overweight fees apply. Does not apply for package holidays puchased from Penguin Travel i.e. cycling holiday - bicycle / ski, snowboard - winter holiday / golf bags - golf holiday.
***Applicable for 1 pair of skis in a skibag or 1 packed snowboard per person.
