I've forgotten to write my middle name when booking the ticket. Is this a problem?

Middle names aren't necessary for a valid flight ticket. It is important that correctly spelled first and last names are present on the ticket. Please double check that the names are spelled in the same way as in the passenger's passport.

Are there any discounts for children?

Yes, we offer a special Infant Fare of 29 euro for children under two years of age. Please note that infants (children under two years old) do not have any seat entitlement.

Can I change the date on my reservation?

Dependin on availability, it is sometimes possible to change the date of your flight against a certain surcharge. Please read the full conditions under the "Reservation" menu.

Can I change a name on my original reservation?

Corrections of the names are possible against a fee up to 48 hours before departure. Every change less than 48 hours before departure is treated as a cancellation and a new booking. Please see the full conditions under ''Changing the name on a flight ticket" in the Reservatios menu.

How can I make a cancellation?

There is no refund for a cancelled flight ticket. It is nevertheless possible, under certain conditions, to get a voucher for a part of the ticket's value and use it when booking future trips with Penguin Travel. Please check full cancellation policy under the "Reservation" menu.

Is my credit card and personal information protected when booking online?

The credit card details you give out are not saved in any of our systems. These details will be utilized only to complete your payment. All the information is transmitted over a secure and encrypted channel to our payment handler ? DIBS, one of the biggest in Scandinavia, used also by SAS, Tivoli etc. The safety of your information is on the same level if not higher as the home banking software you might be using at home. Finally the technical background is that the processing and transmission of information is done over and industrial standard SSL 128bit connection.

When do I receive my tickets?

A confirmation of the booking is sent to the email you have stated while booking. Please print out this confirmation and bring it with you to the airport check-in desk.

Do the prices apply to one leg of the journey only or to the return flight?

Our prices always relate to one leg of the journey, i.e. a single flight, since you are free to combine any flights to suit your itinerary.

How can I make a booking?

You can only book a flight online via internet at www.flybulgarien.dk. Our prices will apply to an online booking only.

How can I get the cheapest fare?

Our cheapest fares are available on www.flybulgarien.dk .Our lowest fares generally require an advance purchase which means that to get the best deal you need to book as early as possible. If you are flexible in the dates of departure and you make your booking in advance, you will find the best prices for your journey.

How can I pay for the flight?

The displayed fares are valid with a credit card payment (Dankort, VISA, MASTERCARD or EUROCARD).

What and where is the credit card Verification Number (CVV)?

For your online safety and security, we require that you enter your credit or debit card's verification number (CVV) before we can process your payment. The Card Verification Number (CVV) is the last three digit number printed on the signature panel located on the back of your card. The CVV is a security feature that allows the charterer and your credit card issuer to identify you as the cardholder and provide you with additional security against fraud.
